Dr. Jeff Herman, DDS

Dr. Jeff Herman grew up in Chicago, Illinois and received his B.A. in biology from Indiana University. He then attended dental school at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry graduating with honors in 1996. Dr. Jeff Herman then completed a General Practice Residency treating children and medically compromised patients at the University of Illinois Hospitals. He was made an honorary member of the American Association of Hospital Dentists in recognition of his excellence in patient care during residency.

In 1997, Dr. Jeff Herman became a lieutenant in the U.S. Public Health Service and practiced dentistry on the Navajo Reservation in New Mexico for two years. There he was recognized for his dedication to the pediatric dental program. He then practiced in Salem, Oregon limiting his care of patients to children and moved to Las Vegas in 2002.

Since then he has participated in community health projects and dental societies, and enjoys further study in dental continuing education courses focused on periodontal health, current dental restorative materials, orthodotics, and dental implant technologies. In his time outside of the office Dr. Herman enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, meditation, and hiking in and around our beautiful mojave desert.

Dr. Jeff Herman is licensed in the states of Illinois, Oregon, and Nevada.
